*** Important:  Set Read & Write as the default to open PDFs on student or teacher accounts (therefore you don't need to "open with" Read & Write each time, you can simply click on it normally).
*** Do this in Google Drive by clicking on the settings gear, "Manage Apps" & then click on "use by default" beside Read & Write.  These steps are shown in the video below.
